We ship your order worldwide . Each package is prepared with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 business days . A detailed confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order, containing all the necessary information to track your shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product to us.

Returns are simple and free.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with its tags and original packaging.
• You benefit from free returns during this 30-day period.

How to proceed with the return:

1. Please contact our customer service by email at admin@infoylog.com specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will send you by return email your prepaid return label (valid in France) along with detailed instructions.

Upon receipt and verification of the package, we will proceed with a full refund as soon as possible.
